What is Nutritional Therapy? And How can I help!?

Nutritional Therapy is a way of approaching Nutrition, to help YOU uncover the "root cause" of symptoms and address the underlying imbalance, so you can start to work to feel your best and live in optimal health! Simply – Nutritional therapy is healing your body WITH food.

This approach is focused around a nutrient dense, whole food diet with a balanced diet involving movement and mindset. And is not a one size fits all. Bio-Individuality means that what may work for one person may not work for another.

Many symptoms you might be experiencing are common, however do not need to be normal!

What does the process look like?

Before our initial new client session, I will ask you will fill out a nutritional assessment questionnaire (NAQ) and a 3-day food and mood journal. We will go over these together and discuss your health concerns and history in detail, along with your current nutrition and lifestyle habits.

From there, I will develop your individualized protocol and recommendations.

We use an extensive Nutritional Assessment questionnaire as a tool to graph an individual's strength's and imbalances. These imbalances are placed into 6 categories of which we call the Nutritional Therapy "Foundations".
