Fall Farmer’s Market Bounty!!

Ok I have a serious love obsession with the farmer’s market year-round. However, my love for the fall season at the market is unreal!!

The other weekend we traveled into Boise; because my husband had to work and we wanted to start checking out houses! With that, we also got to visit the Boise Farmer’s Market, which is absolutely divine- I mean, it could be partially because they do wine tastings and sell an amazing Pinot Nior!

When we walked in were gifted with the sound and smell of roasting fresh peppers on the fire! Say wha? I snagged up a bag, with no plans in mind I just had to get them because they exist and that brought me SO much joy!

Hey Fun FACT: Peppers have an extremely high concentration of antioxidants AND are high in Vitamins A & C!

So, here are two super simple recipes I made to use up some the beautiful fire roasted peppers and hopefully inspire you to roast some up soon!
