Banana Walnut Chia Jam
We're heading to the Mountains this weekend for my birthday... And I can't wait to eat this on top of some pancakes next to a camp fire with a cup of coffee (excuse me, brut rosé 😆). .

4 Ripe Bananas
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup chopped Raw Walnuts
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1-2 Tsp lemon juice to help keeping it from getting too brown.

Add banana to saucepan, heat on low and cook down for approx. 10 minutes. At this point the bananas 🍌 should be cooking down and easy to smash. Add cinnamon, walnuts and lemon juice! Stir and mix in chia seeds! Heat on low for approx. 5 minutes.

Enjoy next to a campfire with a side of bacon and a glass of rosé. Or cup of coffee. Do you! .
Also, I mean this would taste delicious in oatmeal! Honestly it was great alone. Tastes like a dreamy piece of banana bread. 🙌
