Dehydrated Paleo Beef Jerky.

KIS (keep it simple).

2 lbs Grass-fed Flank Steak
1/2 cup coconut aminos (I like this brand the most for this recipe as the flavor is the best)
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper (more or less depending on how much you like pepper) .
Process
The meat is easier to cut when partially frozen.
Slice into approx. 1/8th inch thick strips.
Mix S&P with coconut aminos.
Toss slice beef with coconut aminos and S&P.
Marinade for 24 hours in refrigerator. .

Arrange on the trays. Careful not to crowd.

Dehydrate at 160° for approx. 5 to 8 hours- or until done.
Note- you could do this in your oven at lowest setting of 170° should be done around 3 to 4 hours. Keep an eye on them!
